Summit Station Lodge
is located about 10 miles West of East Glacier Park, on
Highway 2, at the outskirts of the Blackfeet Indian
Reservation. They are nestled within the nexus of The Glacier
National Park, The Lewis and Clark National Forest, and the
Flathead National Forest, right on the Continental Divide.
Summit Station has several trophy trout lakes located within
a 50-mile radius of the lodge. Duck, Mitten, Hope, are just
some lakes that are world-class fishing lakes, which make this
unique location one of the best in the world. Summit Station
prides itself on providing the best service with their Orvis
endorsed lodge and professional guides. Their guides are
experienced, professional fly fishermen who will make your
trip a memorable experience. If you are a novice, the guides
will help you master these skills of fly-fishing, or simply
help you take it to the next level. You may choose from
boating, float tubing, or wading for lake fishing.
Furthermore, you can wade streams for Rainbows, Brooks Trout,
Cutthroat, or try stream fishing for Whitefish.
Their season begins late April each year when fishing is at
its best. They wet fly fish this popular time of the year
where they bring large rainbows ranging from 4-15 lbs. The
climate can be cold but fishing is always exceptional. In the
Summer, it is time to dry fly fish with hatches including
caddis, mayfly, midge, and damsels in abundance. Hopper
fishing is also abundant in July though September. Horseback
trips to a remote mountain top lake are a Summer specialty.
Summit Station provides not only the finest fly fishing around
but offers the best gourmet dinners, excellent accommodations
and they promise memories of a lifetime.

INCLUSIONS:
Package is per person, include 3 meals per day (lunch box for
outing), dinner the day of arrival, and breakfast the day of
departure. 7% Lodging TAX is included in the package.
EXCLUSIONS:
No
liquor included. Fishing licenses are NOT included. Equipment is
NOT included, although Summit Station do have some equipment and
flies available for rental or purchase. Please discuss this
ahead of time with our fly fishing experts. |
