Trout fishing in Western North Carolina can be very rewarding. Western North Carolina has many miles of fishable trout waters. Most of the locations will be either NC Gamelands, National Forest Property or Great Smoky Mountains National Park property. The Great Smoky Mountain National Park is one of the nations most visited national parks. And there is great trout fishing. From road side streams to backcountry adventures. "Bigfoot" offers guided fly-fishing trips for trout within an hour of Asheville, Hendersonville, and Brevard, NC. These trout trips are conducted on the Pisgah National Forest, North Carolina Game Lands, and Cherokee National Forest in Tennessee. The choice is yours: a guided trip on a boulder strewn creek holding brook trout, or fishing for big brown trout on the Davidson River.

THE FISHING: Dries, streamers and nymphs. Brook trout and brown trout.

ACCOMMODATIONS AND CAPACITY: As per your request.

INCLUSIONS: Transportation to and from the stream, rods, reels, waders, wading boots leaders and flies. Snacks are provided on both full and half-day trips, and lunch is also provided on full day trips.

EXCLUSIONS: Accommodations, meals, licenses, gratuities, telephone calls, items of a personal nature, etc.
