Northern Lights Fishing Lodge is located in Labrador, Canada.
Approximately 100 air miles north of Labrador City/Wabush, the
lodge sits in a pristine and unspoiled wilderness on the Ashuanipi
River. With some of the best hunting and fishing available
anywhere the lodge caters to a maximum of 12 sportsmen per week.
There's never a problem with overcrowding here and the fish are
always biting. You'll never hear the old refrain, "You should
have been here last week", it's always last week here!

Northern Lights Fishing Lodge offers three standard fishing
packages of seven days and one customized fishing package. Whether
you're after Lake Trout, Ouananiche (Land Locked Salmon), Northern
Pike, Artic Char, Whitefish or Labrador's world famous Brook Trout
the Lodge has a package to suit your needs. With exclusive access
to some of the province's best waters, your fishing trip will be
both memorable and productive. Come experience the trip of a
lifetime in one of the world's last, great wildernesses.
The lodge is located 100 air miles north of Labrador City/Wabush.
All fishing packages include a one hour charter float plane flight
that gives you a birds eye view of the untouched Labrador
wilderness at its best. All you need to bring is your personal
clothing and fishing gear. Your stay will give you all the
comforts of home.
The guest cabins sleep a maximum of four guests in single beds.
These cabins are equipped with running water and toilet facilities
as well as a wood stove for heat, if required, and generator power
for lights. The Lodge has a main shower building with hot and cold
running water and a sauna for your comfort and convenience.
The main lodge is designed with your comfort in mind, including
a large recreation and lounge area as well as a bar. The kitchen
will provide you with top quality meals in the dining area
consisting of home cooked conventional foods as well as some very
exciting native Labrador cuisine. Any special diets due to
specific medical conditions will also be addressed.
Each two guests will be provided with a licensed professional
guide that will be with you at all times in the field to ensure
your success and safety. All boats, motors and gas is included in
your package.
Northern Lights takes great pride that it's location provides
exclusive world class trophy fishing with easy access to Brook
Trout, Lake Trout, Land Locked Salmon, Northern Pike and
Whitefish. You are encouraged to take your trophy catch home with
you if you wish and can provide you with some fine meals of fish
on our shore lunches. Fishing is with single barb less hooks on
your flies and lures. We promote catch and release at the lodge
and ask that all other fish be released to ensure the quality and
quantity of these excellent game fish for the future.
