Caribbean - Belize

Each generous cabana is furnished with two queen size beds, a sitting area including a day bed, private bath with hand made ceramic tile, luggage storage and rod holders. All areas of the hotel have potable water at every tap! The cabana is equipped with all the amenities including air-conditioning. However, the cool river valley evenings and ceiling fans will keep you comfortable most of the year. Each cabana comes with its own private veranda overlooking the brilliant vistas of vast jungle reserves and the wildlife corridor.

LOCATION: El Pescador Punta Gorda is located in the undiscovered paradise of the Toledo District in southern Belize. While enjoying an elegant Rainforest experience in a secluded region, it is conveniently located 1 hour by air from Belize City (8 flights daily) and five miles by road north of Punta Gorda Town.

All rates are per person, valid through June 27, 2005.

Guides work an 8 hour day but extra hour fishing is available for $25/hour

ACCOMMODATIONS AND CAPACITY: El Pescador PG offers 12 magnificently appointed individual cabanas terraced above a jungle hillside atop the Rio Grande.

INCLUSIONS: Accommodations, all meals, and guiding.

EXCLUSIONS: Gratuities, bar tab, telephone calls, items of a personal nature, etc.

SEASON: All year.

HOW TO GET THERE: International flight to Belize City (BZE), usually through Houston or Miami. The hour flight to Punta Gorda is included in all rates.

Travel Adventures will be happy to assist with all of your travel arrangements to any of our destinations, including air, extended stays, sightseeing tours, other "stops in route", shuttles, airport transfers, rental cars, etc.

Reservation Policy:  A non-refundable deposit of 50% per person is required to hold both space and guides on all packages. No space or guides will be held without receipt of deposit. Full pre-payment is due at El Pescador 90 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy:  All cancellations must be received in writing at the lodge. Prior to 90 days 100% of deposit may be transferred to another date/angler. Between 45 - 90 days 50% of package may be transferred to another date or angler. Less than 45 days may not be transferred or refunded. All cancellations have a $100 processing fee per guest.

Fishing: Fishing includes either 1 or 2 anglers per boat for 8 consecutive hours. No fishing gear is included.

All Prices are quoted in US dollars.
