The Stella Maris Resort Club is located on Long Island in the
Southern Bahama Out Islands. The resort is 150 miles southeast of
Nassau and 300 miles southeast of Ft. Lauderdale. This area
provides outstanding bonefishing, excellent reef fishing, and
exciting game fishing! In addition, this area is perfect for
scuba diving and snorkeling. Quaint settlements, small farms
and out island ports are interspersed with pretty beaches, bays
and roadside stops like Max's Conch Bar and the Wild Tamarind
Pottery Shop. Stella Maris Resort is located on the northern end
of Long Island - just ½ mile from the Stella Maris Airport.
Guitar playing & singing, dancing to the real 'rake and scrape'
music of the Bahamas, beach cook-outs, Cave Party's, Moonlight
Cruises, Nature Slide Shows, History Talks, Rum Punch Party, cable
TV and movies in the Game Room.
Amenities include a restaurant, bar/lounge, game room,
boutique, patios and gardens. Excellent cuisine includes full dining and
lounge service. Also included are:
- Land excursions, morning and afternoons, 5 times weekly

The Stella Maris Resort has a variety of rates and packages
including nights from $140 double for rooms, $395 quad for 2
bedroom bungalow. Week's packages from $435 per person/double. Self-Catering rates from $630 per week/double for a 1 bedroom
or from $1,060 per week quad for a 2 bedroom. Contact us
for more information. ACCOMMODATIONS AND CAPACITY: The Stella Maris Resort
has 47 rooms, apartments, cottages, villas,
and bungalows. All rooms are air conditioned. The
facilities
are very nice, some luxurious, and some even have their
own private pool. The resort is within a stone's throw, or
right at the Atlantic shore, amidst a magnificent palm grove.
Situated in a very quiet area
and right on the ocean, a short and refreshing swim from the
wonderful beach can follow a successful day on the flats, the
nearby reef, or the deep blue water of the open ocean.
Daily housekeeping is provided and laundry service is also
available.
INCLUSIONS: Rates
include the number of nights and fishing days in the selected
package.

subject to a taxes and service charge. |

HOW TO GET THERE: To/from Stella Maris international
airport on Bahamasair. Also, Stella Maris' guest air transport
service - seat rated and per charter: $130.00 per person one
way (Nassau/Stella Maris); $82 per person one way (George
Town/Stella Maris).
Or by boat into our full service Marina.
Travel
