Fly Fishing Trip or Lodge Details:

Ann Smith and Québec Sporting, Inc. provides "Valet Service" for Atlantic Salmon fishing in the beautiful Gaspé rivers. A quality operation with very professional guide services; whatever your budget, you will be on fish! Wading is easy to navigate the river from pool to pool, accommodations are close to the fishing venues, and it is sight fishing to 5 to 35+ pound salmon.

Québec Sporting offers a variety of rivers for the Atlantic Salmon angler. Whether you are interested in fishing 2 to 7 days or more we will prepare a proposal that meets your needs. The goal is to get you on the rivers early (dawn) and fish with you until dark (dusk). To avoid long rides to and from the rivers, we recommend lodging right in town (15-minutes drive to the rivers) or at Lodges situated right on the rivers. Fish world renowned rivers: York, Dartmouth, St-Jean, Bonaventure, Ste-Anne, Cap Chat, Madeleine, Pabos and the Grande. Open from early June (big fish potential) to September (pools with over 150 fish, or more) and private waters!

The trip is fully organized as per your wishes. Each trip is individually designed based on the type of fishing you desire and the time of year. Québec Sporting keeps updated information on each river and pool almost on a daily basis and will recommend the best options to suit your needs.

Rate Information

All trips are specifically designed to your expectations, desires, and budget. Guiding (one guide for two anglers) approximates C$425 per day. Depending on the accommodations you chose, a trip for two anglers, 4 days of fishing and 5 nights in the local motel will approximate C$3,400 (C$1,700 per person); two anglers, 5 days of fishing and 6 nights in the local motel will approximate C$4,250 (C$2,125 per person). Accommodations can be coupled with breakfast, box lunch, and dinner. We prefer to quote an “all inclusive” price. Please call us for details and a “quote”. Luxury stream side accommodations on private waters are also available. (Effective through September 30, 2011)

INCLUSIONS: Transportation from the Gaspé airport (if needed) to motel or lodge and return, accommodations, meals (as elected), transportation from lodging to fishing spots, guiding, rod fees, catch and release license, taxes, etc.

EXCLUSIONS: Gratuities, telephone calls, meals in route, items of a personal nature, etc.

General Information

LOCATION: Quebec's Gaspé peninsula.

HOW TO GET THERE: Drive to Gaspé , or fly to Montreal (YUL) and then continue on to Gaspé (YGP). Rental car is not necessary if you fly to Gaspé, as Quebec Sporting will provide all necessary transportation. Our in-house travel agency will be glad to help you make your flight arrangements.
